Big Green IT is a California IT partner. With evolved goals of wanting to attract larger sized corporate clients in their Sacramento area, Big Green approached Journi to achieve higher quality leads that were were more aligned with their growing mission as a brand. We realized they had a highly like able team of experts in house but that their personality was not translating into their marketing content online. Simply put, their content was missing the human touch they needed to achieve both higher quality leads. With this personality spotlighted we agreed they would be able to better position their leadership team as approachable experts in the California IT solutions space.
With one look at the Inbound marketing performance up to that point, we realized that the FAQ page of Big Green IT's site was not only one of their most visited pages but also that prospective buyers spent the most time on that page alone.
As lead generation was the major concern, we decided to leverage this data by designing a signature vlogging series that allowed them to make a human connection while answering the key questions that their target audience was already searching for online. Now in a more packaged format.
After outlining all of the pain points of a buyer and matching them with frequently asked questions we coined the series name " Ask & Answer" making the vlogging series a concise resource that gave space for the personality of Big Green to shine through.
WHERE IT WENT & HOW IT PERFORMED
After launching and running sponsored video posts of the "Ask & Answer" video series with a pace of one video a week for 8 weeks, the consistent video content increased engagement by 26% which also resulted in an incremental 21% increase of lead generation. The content was released natively in you tube and linkedin, with sponsored posts inside Facebook. With the success of the 8 week vlogging series, Big Green IT is now working with us on their next series, this time focused at a more narrow and specific vertical of new business.
